I had purchased a saree paying full amount of 5100 for ganesha festival. I paid payment through HDFC bank and also requested to send me the saree. But not received the saree till now. I also asked for the replacement if she does or have anything like that . I am waiting to send it to my sister who is at US but failed to receive . She don’t even respond . They have a. Facebook page in the name parnika Handlooms . With WhatsApp number also.

We also had exactly same experience. We paid Rs 4000 for a saree. We neither received the saree and no response for returning money. How should I proceed?
