Parking ticket are still collecting from every bike and car’s cinema patrons.
As per the Telangana Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1970 and the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, it is prohibited to collect parking fees in multiple screen theatres within the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits of Telangana.
Rule 25(4) of the Telangana Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1970 specifies that no fee shall be charged for parking within the cinema premises provided the cinema theatre has parking facilities adequate to cater to the needs of the cinema patrons
On an average there is 18,000 collected for a single show that means in a day they are collecting 1,00,000/- on an average on each friday when a new movie releases..
Imagine the revenue of a month which they are illegally charging.
I demand a serious action to be taken on this by Sleeping GHMC who are responsible for, or explanation needed to tell any share also been given to them so that is the reason they are just leaving them to collect the parking tickets from cinema patrons..
No offence on every word spoken to given this complaint..
