Text of Complaint by Sumedha:

I made deposit of 15K on 10th feb and it did not get credited to my betting account. After tons of emails and chat follow up they emailed saying they deposited my money ( after checking my payment receipt ) to account ID *****4609. I did not stop contacting them. Other chat agent said they deposited it someone named Vishal, other said the ID it had deposited to is 955204609. I believe that the other person also by mistake/intentionally entered the same UTR, because when I transferred the money , it did not accept the UTR, But I submitted all the payment proofs. They did not check payment proof from other person. They simply saw my deposit request with payment proof and checked UTR request from other person and deposited money to him, They did not cross check the betting account details. I sent many emails. They bluntly said that its me who must have used other ID. Their payment option do take only UTR so any one can enter the wrong UTR and these people deposit other’s money to them if same UTR happens to be generated by other person.
They are not ready to accept their mistake, all i asked them to cross check the payment proof from other person as well. They are saying they have proceeded the deposit and nothing can be done, and its not their mistake. Its my mistake and I should check other Id which is not mine in real.
So much frustrated and dont know where to ask for the help. I would have ignored if it was a small amount for me but it is not and I cant even share this to my closed ones.
