I sent parcel on 16 jun 2023 via Delhivery, and this was urgent delhivery. But even after 10 days I saw no delivery done and then I reached to customer care, as checked lame excuse was put that phone number was not reachable. And they will retry, but there was no retry done by them for 10 days and on 2 Jul it was update that delivery is returned. From then it’s one.month, package has not been returned to our address. Again when we checked it was mentioned in details, phone number not able to reach which is ridiculous and no attempt to return has been made. Also there is no contact number shared on website or any where which is reachable. This app should be banned
