My parcel was booked on 11.03.2024 from Siliguri Khaprial Branch, and the last date of delivery was on 18.03.2024 i.e. yesterday. When i tracked my shipment, it was showing reached at Banjara Hills Master Franchise and after sometime it showed out for delivery at 8:44pm but still not yet received on the given date i.e. 19.03.2024. I tried to contact the delivery branch at Banjara Hills-Hyderabad, but they are talking very rudely and not receiving my calls now. I paid 1560 rupees for my parcel but i think they have lost my parcel as they are not delivering my parcel. The parcel when sent weighed 5.50kg but now it is showing 0.42kg in DTDC application. I want immediate action to be taken.
