Dear Sir,
There was a courier booked with Professional couriers on 15th October 2020 from Thanjavur to be delivered at Hyderabad. The booking number is TNJ1063476. This courier reached Hyderabad city on 17th October and went back to Chennai on 22nd October 2020 and finally returned to Thanjavur on 24th October 2020. During the entire journey of the package, there was no call made either to the sender or receiver. When we did not receive the courier, we started reaching out to the call centre and to the courier offices in Thanjavur and Hyderabad. Until last week they were saying that we are very busy with Diwali and we will search and get back to you. We would have made 50 calls atleast to get the details of the parcel. We were ready to collect it back at Thanjavur and then planned to parcel using some other courier service.
Last week we were told that the parcel has been lost and could not be found. Please help in resolving the issue as soon as possible.

The parcel contained new clothes, 1 new jacket and a new book. The worth of parcel is nearly Rs. 6000.
