I purchased a suit from Meesho on 16 March Meesho by paying them 669/- online. It was a paid order. On 20th March this suit was delivered to me. But due to size issue I raised an exchage request. Accordingly, the exchange request was accepted and the suit was picked up for replacement on 21 March. On 25 March a delivery agent from Delhivery came to deliver replacement of my suit. He asked me to provide an OTP but I didn’t receive any OTP from Delhivery. So, he didn’t not deliver that suit to me.He asked me for my credentials like Adhar card and PAN card. He said that share these credentials on WhatsApp no. I refused to provide such details to him. This is not the first time he was asking such details earlier he did the same and didn’t deliver my product. I made a complaint regarding this whole incident to Meesho. I shared a video also to Meesho while he was asking my credentials. I requested them never deliver any product to me by courier partner Delhivery. However, they again sent my parcel through Delhivery. He did the same. I registered a complaint again to Meesho about this whole incident. I am following up with Meesho daily to get my suit. Now Meesho is saying that they don’t know about courier partner. I lost my my money as well as my suit. I called up to Delhivery also. They sent me emails regarding my complaint. But they have not delivered my suit as yet. They update a status on daily basis that their delivery agent is out for delivery but he doesn’t come to my home to deliver my suit.I am sharing all the screen shots of Meesho and Delhivery.
