Text of Complaint by Snehal Akhade:

On 2nd Nov 2023, I had booked rapido bike taxi for delivering food item from Andheri to Kandivali. By mistake, i wrongly type building wing and it was delivered to wrong address without being asked receiver’s name. Upon raising complaint with rapido, got captain Rider’s number and he confirmed that he delivered parcel to old lady but while asking to that lady on 3rd Nov 2023, she said she returned parcel as it was not for her.
Now since yesterday continuously I am following with rapido customer support and Ashish Mali, then Ashish blocked my number and support team is only replying that they are investigating the case. I paid 137 rupees but didn’t recieve proper service.
Would request you to investigate.
