I have placed an order with order # 3162175 on 14th of August. I’m supposed to get the product by 20th August. The package has reached Hyderabad on 17th August but even today (24th Aug) I haven’t received any information. I’m calling delivery executive and he said he can’t deliver because it was far for him and he further mentioned that he will keep the package for 3 days and then return stating incomplete address. He also suggested that I should cancel the order and place a new one. I wrote multiple mails and also called their customer service representative but no help. Everyday i receive a mail stating issue was resolved but not even a single time they have contacted me.
