Booked a flight BOM- PAT for 3 and payment made of Rs 82500. After payment was received, Agent Ashish Kapoor calls to misinform that only 2 seats are available. As my father in law was on ventillator, I asked to confirm for my wife and my kid. Then Ashush Kapoor informs that the fares increased by the indigo airline. When I enquired with the airline neither the seats were exhausted nor the fare had sky rocketed further as the fare paid was already Rs 27500 plus.
Ticket for 3 was received but Ashish Kapoor said that only 2 could be booked for Rs 78000 plus.
I informed the airline and requested for help. Airline Indigo informed that I had been frauded by sczmsters in the name of third party travel agent ie, Vimansafar.com.
The airline furnished the tax invoice which has a total tax component Chst and Sgst of Rs 250o as against the tax claimed by Vimansafar.
