Hi,

i have taken the Merchant account in the month of September and that the time of registration my pan card number was not updated  and since 15 days i was trying to updated my pan card and from 15th to 20th Sept i was calling the normal customer care and they have told me that we will update and need 48hrs and at the last they told me that this is not the correct number which u have called.

again started calling a different number to update the same on 21st Sept 18 and they have asked to share the pancard clearly on 22nd Sept 18 and the same been shared on the same day. from that day i was continually doing the followup but till now there is no response from your end.

i have loss all audits this hole month for due to not updating my pancard from your team members.

i want the resolution and clarification on the same ASAP.
