I purchased this neat little mini ‘boom box’ on January 12, 2019. I really liked it, and then it died on me. Wouldn’t come on three days ago. Thought perhaps I had left it on and the batteries were kaput. Changed batteries, turned it on, and it worked…for 3-4 seconds. Fiddled with the batteries and got one more short burst from it, and that was all. Fiddled with the batteries some more, to no avail. And, no, it was not dropped or otherwise abused. It has an internal defect of some sort. While I have had it for more than the customary 30 days, I did expect that it would serve me more than three months. Is there anything that you can do to make this right? Thank you.
