Text of Complaint by Lohit Hiremath:

We bought a Panasonic double door refrigerator in 2020 and before 4months
The refrigerator was not working and freezer used to freeze only a specific place and refrigerator totally stopped So I raised this issue to Panasonic customer care and they said within 24hours technician would visit my place and a technician visited but couldn’t resolve the issuse and again raised my complaint and another technician came and informed that a heating coil was not working so there was freezing at particular place in freezer and they charged 3000 rupees + service charges and after 10days they replaced the coil and my issue resolved now after 4months there is same issue exact same and again raised complaint and it has been almost a month its been not resolved and Panasonic customer service is worst they will say we will transfer your call to our senior and few mins later will inform that senior is not available right now so we will arrange your call within sometime and no you will not get a call back from any senior this repeat game is going on since 1month and after that technician new visited and informed that a spare part is damaged and ypu should replace it it will cost around 3000 to 4000 rupees and left and till now the service centre person is saying that i have given order to company from my side and it will arrive within 4days . It has been more then 10 days and the reason is same no response from service centre and even they charged some 600rs for service charge without even resolving issue this game is going on I am feed up from this kind of customer service they dont even accept thier lack of service if I call any private technician he says that first thing is that you will not get spare parts of Panasonic so easily in local and if we open the freezer then company will not repair it as it will be 3party interference i want my time back which i have wasted on this unethical people
