Hello,

Trust you doing well.

We bought Panasonic Split AC 1.5 ton in 2018 and since then we have faced issues with indoor cooling coil twice. We have comprehensive AMC with Panasonic dealer Krish Electronics at Goregaon West-Mumbai for which we paid Rs 10000/- for 2 years and it will expire next year

Now Krish Electrics reports that the cooling coil is not available and we have to pay for the complete indoor unit since Panasonic is not holding spares for this product which was bought just 4 years back from CROMA at Juhu Mumbai.

Why are we as a customer been penalised for Panasonic not holding spares.? We have a comprehensive annual maintenance contract with Panasonic through their authorised dealer Krish Electronics

Pls look into this with urgency as it has been 3 weeks now that we are suffering.

I am in touch with Mr Anil Chavan of Panasonic and Mr Sashi of Krish Electronics. I have had a very poor or literally no response from Anil Chavan who is virtually not accessible on phone or whatsapp messages

Looking for an early action in this matter.
