I ordered a Tanishq Gift card worth 5000 via Paiza Pay . I paid the amount by paying 1500 from my paiza pay wallet and 3500 from my credit card. I ordered the same on 12 June , 2019.
When I didn’t receive the order within a month I contacted them they said it take time then again the same story next month. In 18 days it will be year since I have placed the order. You can easily buy a gift voucher anywhere esle it seems like they are delaying this purchased gaining interest on the amount I paid for the product that should me delivered within a month.
