Text of Complaint by Vinod Kumar Bansal:

Due to network glitch payment done twice on same laon app on 2july 2022 ( Loanbeans) agent was badly following for repayment, I had make payment but app getway not received my payment, due to agent misbehave he told me to make payment again your earliest payment will refund while payment got received by the company I paid again, he did not response. Loan app showing that if payment got stuck I will refund within 7 working day but payment still not received also attaching screenshot for your reference.
