Text of Complaint by MANJIT SINGH KANG:

Please note that on 13/06/2021 at 2.40 pm I paid for a Gift voucher for renewal of sonyliv app Rs 999/- through paytm app order id 13895651707 upi re id  116485638515. As the services were not resumed till 14/06/2021 , i once again paid through paytm app Rs 999/- for sonyliv app renewal transaction id 34392819103 at 12.36 am on 14/06/2021. The merchant has only renewed for one payment received. I have been continously persuing both paytm and sonyliv for refund of one extra tansaction which was debited from my account or the extra amount to be adjusted by the merchant sonyliv to my account and increase the service period of my account. But paytm is only making me beat around the bush and responding that to contact the merchant. The merchant is denying the reciept of one of my amount debited. Paytm is not helpful at all.
