I had paid an amount of Rs1421 for an Ajio order on 9 th Sep (To ECM/0080 /AJIO\AJIO).But the payment was shown as failed but money got debited from my account .Seeing the failed payment status, after an hour I paid again (To ECM/9211/AJIO\AJIO).This transaction was successful .Both of them was done by my debit card.
It was shown that if money got debited it would be credited back in 4-7 days. When going through account summary I noticed that it isn’t credited to my account till now.
When I wrote to the bank about this, they said to note that the referred ECM transaction of Rs.1421.70 on 09/09/2020 was successful at their end and settled to the merchant bank under ARN No: 85215220253036407087893 on 10/09/2020.Please note this ARN and take actions for the same to get a speedy refund to my account.
