Hello. I took a book box subscription from an online website called the big book box. I made the payment of ₹2719 for it in September 2021 but I still haven’t received the books. I dropped many emails about it. I even confirmed it with the middle courier company and they confirmed it that I really didn’t receive the product. But there is no response from the business. Please resolve my complaint. I want a refund or a new box. I’ve attached the photo of the invoice. Thank you.
