I booked VIVO T2x 5G (Aurora Gold. 12B) Aurora Gold color mobile on 14.10.23. Its delivery showed on 25.10.23. I paid the money for this (Credit Card Payment) on 25.10.23. On 25.10.23 a delivery person called from EKART and said he would come and deliver at night. But he didn’t come. I tried to contact the person. He did not answer me properly and disconnected me. Next I got a text saying Delivery Re-Schedule 26.10.23.
The delivery person who came on 26.10.23 gave me the parcel and asked for OTP. I did not agree that I should separate the parcel (Open Box Delivery). He gave OTP and asked to separate. He did not agree even after being asked several times. While talking on the phone, he disconnected the connection and instead of giving the parcel, he took it and sent a text message saying that I had rejected the order.
I don’t understand why they do this to give EKART delivery every time. Their actions make me very sad. This is highly reprehensible.
I want Open Box Delivery. Otherwise I will cancel the order. I want my money back immediately
