I am writing this email after getting very much frustrated. My paitence is completely out now. I don’t know what the bloody shit is going on in Flipkart Backend team. How Customer support people are closing the tickets without resolving the issue??
Is this the way Customers are treated when they are facing some issue with Flipkart order??
I had placed the order on 22nd July 2022 and cancelled it on 23rd July 2022. I have tried to cancel the order multiple times and even the Flipkart Customer support did, but the order is not getting cancelled.
Atleast if the order is not getting cancelled, I should have received the product and today 24th Aug 2022, it’s been a month now still the order is showing in Shipped status. I have paid Rs.1044 + 55 supercoins through Flipkart Pay Later. I didn’t receive the refund amount as well so I had to pay penalty for the same. What the hell is happening with this order I am not understanding even after connecting with Supervisors from Customer support.
No one is able to resolve this issue and taking it on priority. Everyone is closing the ticket without resolving the issue. Please escalate this issue to the Manager level orelse I will have to escalate this issue in social media now and file a complaint against Flipkart in Consumer court.
