Dear Sir/Mam,
We have made a payment of Rs. 955/- on 17-sept through Airtel app, where in it is showing as due in the current month bill again. Request you to please look into it.

We have tried reaching on your toll free 121/198 and connected to Mr. Shakthi who was reluctant to take a complaint and is a very irritating guy with no knowledge and minimum ethics on speaking to a customer.

He gets irated rather than we for facing this kind of issues and asked the Mr. Shakthi to connect to his sr. super visor and its connected to Ms. Veena, for whom we have explained the entire issue and she asked for the reference no. for which she said will give a callback but no call back from Ms. Veena.

Again if I try reaching to the customer care people these people will start again from the basic questions.this is the scenario of your customer care.

And this kind of issue like making payment an not reflecting as paid is not the 1st time issue with your app. we are facing similar kind of issues very often.

Request you to please look into it and resolve at the earliest.
