I registered on the app named vehicle duniya to buy a hydra. A employee named Rekha contacted me and asked me to pay for the lifetime. Membership so over there I made two payments one of Rs.1000 and the second was of Rs.3000. The lifetime membership was of Rs.4000 so I did that. Then later on they asked me to start bidding in the live auctions of the vehicle to buy the car. They told you need to win the bid by calling higher value. So I did the same and I won in bidding of 3 to 4 vehicles that I needed. Then the second person who contacted me was Prince. I was told by rekha that Prince will help me in getting the gate pass so that I can go and physically visit and examine the vehicle. Prince took somewhere around 2 to 3 weeks, just by saying that he has processed for the gate pass, it will take some time. Then later on Prince told that you need to pay some kind of security deposit or something to ensure that you will buy the vehicle. Over there he also told that as he can check in his system that the lifetime membership is not activated So for that reason he told that you are not able to buy it offline. So over here he again asked to pay for the lifetime membership that was Rs.4000 along with the security deposit that was of amount Rs.30,000. I had made the payment of Rs.4000 and 30,000 on 10th of March 2023. Then after making the payment, Prince told me that please wait. We will get the gate pass soon and then you can go and see the vehicle. He just kept on delaying it and asking me to wait. Then later on after months, I opted for my refund when I got to know that I won’t be getting my vehicle or any gate pass to see the vehicle also. Then I contacted one of the senior named Hitendra. I started talking to him and asked him for my refund from 4th April 2023. Then he replied me on 25th July saying that you can take the amount of Rs.30,000 refund. I have also shared my bank details with them a long back to refund me my amount but they are still delaying it. I have contacted them with several numbers and through chat on WhatsApp but they don’t reply at all nor they receive the calls. They’re saying that they have refunded the amount a week back but it’s still not getting credited. Yesterday I also asked the Hitendra to share the screenshot where it is mentioned that it is refunded on this date. They dont reply nor they are giving money. I need some serious action against it.
