I ordered a kurti in the month of September from the Instagram page named YOUNIQUESTREE . The kurti costed me 1600/- rupees and I paid for it. The page holder assured me saying I would get my parcel within a maximum of 15-20 days. After waiting for the above mentioned time span, I reached out to them they repeatedly consoled me that I would get the parcel within few days and they would share the tracking id. Now till date, neither did they share the tracking id nor did I receive the parcel. It’s been 2months now since I ordered my parcel. Now the page holder either doesn’t reply or they just ask me “You still didn’t get it? ” . And this is getting repeated for more than weeks now. They don’t take any initiative about my order. I had even requested them to return my money, they didn’t respond to that.
