I have placed 2 orders at Shirtover.in on 4th july 2020 through Facebook login via order no SO2245 and SO2251 for 5 packs of t shirt and 3 shirts and made payment of rs 999.00 and Rs1099 through two transaction of ICICI bank net banking( receipt attached ) and received confirmation of orders and payment through registered mail from shirtover.in (attached).next day their executive called me( mobile no 8375052141)and said that due to network issue they have not received payment and they will deliver the order on cash on delivery mode.I informed them with payment details through several mail but not getting any response of my mail and my telecon on the no of shirtover.in executive . I have not received my orders as on date . I am attaching all confirmatory mail and payment transaction receipt of ICICI bank for doing the needful . I have found many such complaint on net about same issue which seems to be a fraud site to cheat customers . Facebook should not at all promote such cheaters without confirmation of their credibility . Kindly help me to get my orders or refund of my money.
