I ordered a product on 19 april 2023, but dhani canceled on 20 april 2023.
First of all they should clearly indicate the stock first hand so that buyers money do not get stuck as cash on delivery was not available.
After that a link was sent to me, ao that i can fill the details of and account or upi where i want to get the refund, i didn’t get refund within 7 working days, when i called customer care they told me that link failed, but they didn’t informed me and than they said they will again try to refund, nothing happened i again called xustomer care they raised a issue and told me about the issue getting resoled and i will receive refund in 4 days, that also passed. Refund is of 118+118 rupees i.e. 236 rupees in total
