I order food via ONDC (Mc Donalds) via PAYTM the money 307.09 was deducted but the order page didn’t show the order, waited for 48 hours to get the refund and still haven’t received it, went through the entire chatbot let me be honest which is the worst, wasted 2 hours trying option to raise the complaint still wasn’t able to, so how got to the executive which didn’t help me either and was asking me to contact Mc Donalds for the payment, like what the hell and how should I contact them my point is simple I ordered via PAYTM and lost the money. Beaware of such cases as there is no help from the PAYTM team yet.
