Received messages, mails and threatening calls from Airtel for payment of due amount. I requested them to cancel the account and give me final amount to be paid. They Airtel staff did not give me the details till 13-05-2020. They are demanding for Rs. 3,658/-. After many threatening calls I paid an amount of Rs. 4,746/- in Airtel Office. But, I received message that, Rs. 1/- is due for hassle free payment. I contacted Airtel Exeutive through Whatsapp, why did your Executive no collect the full amount i.e., 4,747/- instead of 4,746/- why this Rs. 1/- pending. The Executive is asking me to pay this Rs. 1/- through Airtel app. Screenshot attached for your kind reference and action. Her contact no. 95028-33492. Til now the did not send disconnection message as I have been requesting for.
