Paid for order and 19 days left still the product has not delivered and I have contacted 12 The customer and complaint about but no action taken against Flipkart delivery related..

Text of Complaint by Raj Behera:

I have placed a prepaid order of Timex watch on 16th August 7:49 am at a cost of 569 and 30 coins and it should be delivered by 22nd August .. Flipkart promised to deliver that order by 26th August..I have registered my 1st complaint against Flipkart on 22nd August.. Still I am waiting for that product..and I have contacted Flipkart about 13 times they always tell that back in team will contact you but no team contacted me at all.. Alredy 20 Days left still I haven’t got any call from Flipkart as well as the product.. Also I contacted the seller and the Delivery platform # E- commerce but they didn’t responded to my issues.. Now I want to register a consumer case Against Flipkart as per the consumer act 1986.
