I have made payment for south star pack offer price of 899/- in August 18. But got message that the validity expire in February 19. Called up the customer care, there I was told it will be extended further in February 19. Now connection is suspended. Not connected to customer care for long at last spoke to and got reply that a call back is requested and will call me back in four hours time. After 72 hours a supervisor taken up the issue and told the issue will be resolved slowly.
When can I see programs. Should I pay more or to wait how long.
