A seller named ‘Ziya Fashion’ registered with Shopify defrauded me. I ordered products worth Rs. 611.24 from the site on 14.09.2022 and paid through GPay. The next day I tried tracking my order but the site was unavailable. I trued reaching out to the seller via email but they don’t respond. I have reported the matter to Shopify, Cybercrime portal, my bank as well as GPay but I have not received the refund.
