I placed an order on brandmarts website of a gimbal worth 1500rs but what I received was a cheap wrist watch worth not even 100rs. There is no option on there website too to return that and there not even any customer care number.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved. Please contact your payment gateway and demand a refund.
