I purchased a product in EMI, my tenure period is 12 month. I paid November EMI payment with internet and other late charges on 25th of November But the payment is not reflecting from their end.
I gave all details to customer care and collection action agent. Till now I haven’t received any update.
Customer care executives are keep on calling me for the balance payment but I am not ready to do it. As it’s not my mistake. I am struggling from past 7 months whereas no response from any one.
