Dear sir/ madam,
I received my SBI card statement in 11.06.23 and my due date was 01.07.23. I have already paid last month dues within due date, I have paid my last dues in 30.06.23 but statement shows in SBI Credit Card portal that the payment is reversed in auto debit at 01.07.2023 for that they have charged dishonour fee of Rs.500 and added in statement.
Requesting you, kindly revoke the above said amount for waiver.
I have already called to SBI Credit Card Customer care to waive this amount, but they are saying, its not possible due their some fixed policy, may be I can get this waiver after 6 months and also need to call them again for the said reason at that time.
Please help me to get the waiver of Rs.500/- in next month statement.
