Have paid two BSNL landline Bills through PAYTM. Reference No. are PT018MQGV5DT and PT01J0K9EQ0P on 24-03-2020 amounting to Rs341/- and Rs 1533 resp. till date the amount has not been updated at BSNL. I have contacted the paytm for the same. But all my efforts are in vain. At the time of payment it was showing that the amount will be reflected in 2 Days whereas now they are saying it will be reflected after 4 Days. Whereas at the invoice it mentioned that the payment has initiated by BBPS gateway. And it should be updated and reflected in few minuted
