my airtel landline number 044-42642560

i have paid Rs. 1150 on 14 august 2020 online with reference number : 200814164157,   bank transaction id: 022718296736 from Lakshmi vilas bank.

i have already send screenshot of transaction, bank statements to 121@in.airtel.com, nodalofficer.tn@in.airtel.com

i have send around 13 mails regarding this & called customer care 121 many times but airtel is least bothered to credit my account & barred even my incoming. Local Airtel store refuses to help me as they say they cant do anything for landline.

since my line is a business line i am incurring a heavy loss due to suspension of my line both mentally & Economically and now next bill will be  generated eventhough i have not used it.

kindly do the needful to clear my account, activate my line immediately & waver my next bill.
