As on 16 Dec 2018 I have cancelled my Air tickets which were booked on paytm vide booking id 5925632947 and Indigo airlines PNR no. NDCQ5M on 31 Aug 2018.
Till date the refund amount of Rs. 19398/- has not been credited in my bank account as it’s already been more than 35 days. And paytm does have to refund the money 14 days.
Whenever I call paytm customer care, the executive linger my case by saying that the refund has been initiated from their side on 17 Dec 2018 for Rs. 12814/- and on 27 Dec 2018 for Rs. 6584/- and also provides me the reference number 824337477207 which my transaction number through which I purchase the tickets on 31 Aug 2018.
Paytm customer care executive asked me to share bank account statement and I had shared the same three to four times.
Now Paytm is not helping in this regard and maile me that the money has been at their end and bank is yakin this much time to credit the refund. Hence I need to contact bank customer care. In this connection I have already contacted my bank customer care five times but they refused to help me by saying that no transaction has been done with sbi, and since the refund was initiated by paytm so paytm will help in this regard.
In view of the above, it is requested to look into the matter and kindly intervene.
