Text of Complaint by Taruneswar:

I own a water purifier from Aquaguard-Eureka Forbes, which was purchased 2 years back. I had also paid for a 2 year Annual Maintainence Contract(AMC). Though the service technicians have attended and completed repairs under this contract over the past year, the service response became almost nil starting this year, where I had complained once earlier which was attended around a month later. But this time, I have raised a complaint in the month of April and it has been more than 45 days since the date, and I am yet to receive any response from any service technicians in my city despite making several follow up complaints over the phone and email. My family has thus been forced to survive on external means for drinking water which makes us lose a lot of convenience and safety standards.
