Today I have bought the above voucher for app 4700/- as the speed mentioned was 1 gbps . However when i could not get the same speed , I raised a request for check up by your engineer. Your Engineer was there for about 4 hours and finally concluded that a speed of more than 250 mbps is not achievable through wifi. As we have only Mac book air where only wifi option is available we are unable to use the above package. In view of the above May I request you to refund the amount paid and oblige.
