I had Jio number 9365780242 which we didn’t recharge for more than 6 months. Now on 24/03/2020 , I have recharged the number with Rs. 298/- plan. Today I tried to contact my said number but surprised to note that it is now being used by some other person in Barpeta district of Assam. I was never communicated by Jio regarding permanent disconnection of said number.
Please arrange to refund my amount.
