Madam/Dear Sir,
I bought 2 Rs. amazon prime video ON 31st MARCH 24 , but i had not got prime video subscription later on on date 2nd APRIL 2024 i again paid Rs.1499 ( auto pay ) vie PHONE PAY (ALL PAYMENT DETAILS HERE WITH ATTACHED),
ON 2nd APRIL 2024 AT 11.26 PM i made payment of RS. 1499/- for auto debit prime subscription ( PAYMENT RECEIPT ATTACHED HEREWITH) AND ON 2 ND APRIL 2024 AT 11.28 PM I CANCELLED 2Rs. subscription on prime video (i received mail and prime membership cancelled and 2 rs credited ) BUT I PAID 1499 AND FOR THAT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PRIME VIDEO SUBSCRIPTION .
I TALKED 2 TIMES TO AMAZONE CUSTOMER CARE BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PRIME SUBSCRIPTION, EVEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MAIL FOR SUBSCRIPTION FOR 1499 .
KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE ME AMAZONE PRIME VIDEO SUBSCRIPTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
