I would like to report a case of cyber fraud and harassment by a loan app named “Credit Park.” I did not apply for any loan, but an amount of ₹2100 was credited to my bank account without my consent. After this, I started receiving threatening calls and messages asking me to repay a higher amount. They are harassing me and using fear tactics even though I never requested this loan. I believe this is a fraudulent activity and request you to take strict action against the app and the people involved. Kindly help me resolve this issue and ensure my safety from further harassment.

I want to register a complaint regarding a wrong product delivered to me. Order ID: TPN1417407256 COD Amount: ₹1,079 Seller: The Opulent Nest Courier: XpressBees I ordered a Handpainted Necklace Set, but a completely different/wrong product was delivered. The parcel was opened at the time of delivery, and I immediately found that the product was incorrect. I have photos/videos of the wrong product, parcel and shipping label as proof.
