I have raised the issue on 22nd January but till now no resolution was provided. Engineer visits was assigned but assigned engineer is not answering the call and from customer care not received any resolving feed back. Please check the issue ASAP. I ordered a product from Faze Fashion website. I received a completely wrong item of very poor quality. The quantity and product received are different from what was mentioned on the website. Despite multiple attempts, the seller has not responded to my return or refund request. This is misleading and unfair trade practice.
