I had ordered a rug from Pepperfry. The package was open when I received it. Told the delivery guy to take it back. Called customer care also at the same time and they said that the product will be returned. Looks like the product is not original or used.
Customer care team is very bad and they arrogantly rejecting to take the return.
I have CCTV proof and also 2 others were there during the delivery. The delivery guy also took the snaps.
I dont wish to take the product because the package was open and it doesnt look new and the behaviour of the customer care representative was very bad.
