The shipment was supposed to arrive on the 20th. At 11:56 AM on 20/02/2023, the tracking website displayed that the shipment was out for delivery.
Nobody called or attempted to deliver.
At 10:30PM the tracking website displayed “We encountered an error while trying to deliver, We will try again”
But Today morning the tracking website says the package was delivered, but I haven’t received the package yet.
This is the second time this is happening to me with the same shipping company.
Considering amazons Logistics this is pathetic.
Also their Customer support is not helpful at all. They are Rude and they do not handle your query properly. Waste of time and money.
