I had ordered an product by choosing Amazon Pay later. I pay Rs. 175 so that product would be delivered Today(08 Aug’2022) 11 Am – 3 Pm. However Product not delivered Moreover I got a call from Amazon IVR stating that product is being since I did not answer the executive But “ I DID NOT GET ANY CALL FROM THE DELIVERY PERSON”. Same thing I informed to Amazon customer care for which they are saying “We can’t do anything since package is delivered, However you can wait Till 7 Pm today” This was informed by an supervisor who doesn’t even know that Timing is only Till 3 Pm. They are informing me as they can give me an discount but my concern is if I wanted a discount then why would I pay extra amount just to get it delivered one day Before and they are not even raising a service request for my concern. The delivery guy I called him many times after that IVR he did not respond but he responded after 3 Pm so that since he knew the timing is 3 Pm last and when I asked him about my call history he did not answer.
