I have returned a products from Nyka Fashion as it was loose on 11october…Then they told me to wait….its been 10 days since pickup…Now they are telling that some other delivery partner have collected it and refund cannot be processed. ..now how that is my fault that the delivery partner that have collected is not their agent…how am I supposed to know
