I have booked a travel package for Kerala which includes hotels and cab bookings. We were having discussion with Mithila Singh.BookingId is NL2122033610714.
The trip cost was updated on 27th Jan 2023 but the itinerary is yet not updated. We are chasing makemytrip team since last 4 days but we are not getting any response from them. They took the advance and now they are not responding. Today is last day of making the complete payment and the agents are calling for the payment but when we ask them to update the itinerary they disconnect and don’t callback.
What should we do now. If we make the payment and details are not updated what would we do or if we don’t make the payment then all the advance we have paid,flight tickets will be gone.
Either ask them to update the itinerary today or refund my flight payment and advance for the package
