Hello
This is mamatha, am reseller on meesho from many years. I have ordered 6sarees individually and paid them individually (prepaid order) out of which received one saree on 13th September. I waited for other sarees to come. I haven’t received hence when checked for tracking it was showing all sarees as delivered on 13th September. I registered complaint on 19th and received mail on 19th as complaint registered. The customer care person asked me to wait for 3-4days for updated. I haven’t got any update hence I called again, a new complaint was registered again and asked me to wait for 4days and there was no update. I repeatedly called meesho for my refund atleast. But tere is no proper response from meesho team. Very reckless response keeping me on hold for so long almost 20mins i have to wait…
Please look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible. Customer care executive says within 48hrs i need to complain, but as per meesho policy it is seven days mentioned in app itself. I did it within specified time but now they say we can’t help and no refund and no product. I Lost amount.
Please help me out in this regard. My request
