I have ordered food in swiggy app from a restaurant in Hyderabad at 11.26pm on 28.02.20 which was supposed to be delivered to me in 43 minutes. The order was prepaid.
As i noticed that delivery executive has not reached me and his contact is not reachable, i approached swiggy customer care who suggested to cancel my order instead of resolving my issue. I discussed with them for half hour but my food was not delivered to me.
All they told me was that they cant reach their own executive, so i have to cancel my order and place a new one at a new restaurant after waiting for approximately 1 and half hour.
Food is a basic need for human and we order it because we are hungry. I didnt receive any food or any resolution from swiggy.
